How to cancel your paid plan

Follow these steps to stop the auto-renewing subscription in the App Store or Google Play. After canceling, you keep paid features until the current billing period ends.

App Store (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open the "Settings" app and tap your Apple ID at the top.
  2. Choose "Subscriptions" and select DoorNote.
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

Paid features stay available until the renewal date. You can re-subscribe anytime with the same Apple ID.

Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
  2. Go to "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" and choose DoorNote.
  3. Select "Cancel subscription" and complete the steps.

You keep paid features until the renewal date and can resubscribe anytime with the same Google account.
