Account Deletion

Please read before deleting your account.

Before you proceed

  • Deleting your account will remove all saved data (forms, PIN settings, messages, attached images).
  • Data cannot be restored after deletion. Back up any necessary information beforehand.
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in the app store before deleting.

How to delete (in the app)

  1. Open DoorNote and sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings > Account section.
  3. Tap “Delete Account” to see the confirmation dialog.
  4. Review the data to be deleted and tap “Delete” to complete.

After deletion

  • User data is removed immediately from the primary database.
  • Any backup remnants are securely purged within 30 days.
  • Minimal logs may be retained for a limited time to comply with laws.
