What are Free plan limits? ▼

Currently 1 form with unlimited messages. Upgrade for more forms and exports.

Image and size limits? ▼

Images up to ~5MB (PNG/JPEG). Submissions are protected by PIN and Turnstile.

Can I show notes without a PIN? ▼

Yes. You can keep public notes visible or require a PIN gate as needed.

How long is data kept? ▼

Submissions are retained up to ~2 years; audit logs ~1 year. See Privacy Policy for details.

Which devices are supported? ▼

Modern mobile and desktop browsers. Visitors need no app; admins can view on web/mobile.

How is it secured? ▼

PIN gate, Cloudflare Turnstile, TLS, and scoped access. Data expires automatically.
